Adidas POS Roll Out

CIS and Adidas were able to achieve a successful Roll Out due to the detailed planning and management of all steps in the process.  Key was to ensure that learnings from each store was incorporated into the next steps of the process. Documentation and sharing was vital. Personnel across all states needed to share information and details about Roll Out issues in order to prevent lost time and errors occurring during switch over and system activation.
