Influencing and Negotiation Skills Training

Strong influencing and negotiation skills are the key to success, whether for work, at home with friends, or socially, the skills are all the same. Sometimes it is not what you say, but how you go about saying what you mean which can open doors and influence behaviours.  This workshop will provide attendees with the skills to be able to conciliate positive agreements through building better trusting relationships and overcoming challenges by being persuasive in negotiation situations. 

Learning Outcomes

Following the program participants will be able to:
◾Understand the communication techniques involved in influencing and persuading others
◾Appreciate varying human behaviour and emotions
◾Prepare and plan for the negotiation process and the challenges to overcome
◾Examine and reflect your own behaviour to create win-win outcomes

◾Communicate effectively in challenging situations
◾Use the right persuasive language and phraseology
◾Adopt the right communication strategy for each stakeholder
◾Use influencing tactics in presentations
◾Close negotiations successfully and maintain positive relationships
